It Isn't That They're Strange
Everyone knows people who are strange. They walk funny, talk weird, think wrong.
But the truth is, they're just different.
This workshop shows how we're different.
Then it shows how to get along with people who are different.
It also shows how to get along with people who are the same, which can be an greater challenge.
I realize there are a zillion programs like this based on animals, birds, colors, hats, letters, shapes, and words.
My program is different.
True, it's based on the popular DISC instrument.
But it's conducted by me. And that makes it truly unique.
The best evidence that I can offer is this: Where else can you find a poet with a Ph.D. in chemical engineering who hired a cat to be a vice president?
I suppose that makes me different, too.

A Story
Twice while I worked as an employee I attended a workshop on Behavior Styles. And I left each of them somewhat confused. That is, I did not know how to apply the DISC technology.
Then I attended the two-day certification workshop, and I still felt confused.
So, I was stuck without a workshop. After all, I can only teach what I understand.
About a year later I experienced an "Aha!" on how to explain this technology in a way that made sense and was memorable and could be applied easily. Then I was able to design this workshop.
That is really what makes this workshop so powerful (and different).
